Tabby Roads East is a 15 acre site in downtown Bluffton, SC. The 15 acre tract is divided into two zoning sections with the first on Burnt Church Road zoned mixed use/ commercial and the second being zoned residential. Both tracts are in the town of Bluffton, S.C. The 10 acre mixed use/commercial tract on is on the corner of Burnt Church Road and Bruin Road which has the new Bluffton street scape. These two roads are high volume and connect Historic Bluffton to Highway 278. The mixed use zoning allows a combination of residential and business in the same neighborhood.
